Israeli, Palestinian and American artists working together for a just peace.

GRACE PALEY At 82, Grace Paley remains one of America's most revered short story writers. Born in the Bronx, Paley established a reputation as a bard of Jewish New York with highly acclaimed collections (The Little Disturbances of Man(1959), Enormous Changes at the Last Minute (1974), and Later the Same Day (1985). Her most recent work is The Collected Stories,1994 (Farrar, Straus and Giroux.

ERIC DROOKER'S paintings are seen on the covers of The New Yorker, The Progressive, The Village Voice and numerous other magazines, as well as books and music albums (Rage Against the Machine). He is the author of Flood! A Novel in Pictures, Illuminated Poems (with Allen Ginsberg), Street Posters & Ballads, and Blood Song: A Silent Ballad. He is a long time contributor to the radical comic book World War 3 Illustrated. Eric Drooker's political poster art is loved by conscious people the world over. He is a third generation New Yorker, born and raised on Manhattan Island.

JENNIFER CAMPER is a cartoonist and graphic artist living in Brooklyn,. Her art examines gender, race, sexuality and politics, especially from the viewpoint of a Lebanese-American gay woman. Her books include Rude Girls and Dangerous Women, a collection of her cartoons that mix humor with political commentary, and subGURLZ, a graphic novel following the adventures of three women living in abandoned subway tunnels. Camper is also the editor of, and a contributor to, Juicy Mother, a comix anthology focusing on the work of women, people of color and queers. Her comics and illustrations have appeared in magazines, newspapers, comic books and anthologies, and her art has been exhibited in the U.S. and Europe.


THREE CITIES AGAINST THE WALL is an exhibition protesting the Separation Wall under construction by Israel in the Occupied Territories of Palestine. This project involves groups of artists in Ramallah, Palestine; Tel Aviv, Israel; and New York City. The show will be held simultaneously in all three cities in November 2005
