While the corporate media are focusing all their political attention on the potential Democratic and Republican candidates for 2008, other people are taking a much more active approach to ending Bush's war in Iraq:
"10 activists were arrested on orders from Senator John McCainÂ’s office today after members of the peace groups CODEPINK, Voices for Creative Nonviolence, and Veterans for Peace tried to meet with the senatorÂ’s legislative aide to discuss defunding the war."
