The Bush administration search for weapons of mass destruction in Iraq has always seemed to me a bit like O.J. Simpson's search for the "real killer." So the fact that the search is officially over today and none have been found is hardly surprising.
It's also hardly surprising that Bush continues to justify the invasion of Iraq despite the failure to realize the primary reason given for it at the time. (This also makes a lie of the reason that Bush gave Congress and the United Nations at the time to justify the invasion.)
