The People's March for Peace, Equality, Jobs & Justice in Newark.

August 25, at 12:00 Noon

March down Broad Street beginning at Lincoln Park,

The march, from Lincoln Park up Broad Street to Military Park and back, will be followed by a festival in Lincoln Park, with speakers, entertainment, information tables, and exhibitis.


Join Representative John Conyers and others as The Peace & Justice Coalition demands:

* Troops home now!

* Stop the violence in our communities

* Respect human rights

* Fund human needs

* Health care for all (Passage of H.R. 676, the U.S. Health Insurance Act)

* Justice for Katrina victims

* Money for jobs

* Environmental justice

* House the homeless (Passage of H.R. 4347)
