A new oil law set to go before the Iraqi Parliament soon would, if passed, go a long way towards helping Anglo-American oil companies control and profit from Iraq's oil.
Meanwhile, Congress is considering legislation that will greatly increase our nation's commitment to clean energy. Congress should say yes to clean energy and no to the theft of Iraqi oil.
