The United States is a country that takes human rights seriously… We do not torture, America is a fair and a decent country… The war on terror is, after all, more than a war of arms and a test of will. It is a war of ideals,It's very simple, if you're in Dick Cheney's head, the U.S. doesn't torture, so whatever we do must, by definition, not be torture.
