Openly gay Episcopal bishop to appear at inaugural inauguration event

Although it doesn't in any way balance out or compensate for the utterly stupid selection of homophobic and anti-woman Rev. Rick Warren to deliver the invocation at the inauguration, it is worth noting that, according to Politico, openly gay bishop The Rt. Rev. V. Gene Robinson the Episcopal bishop of New Hampshire will deliver the invocation at Sunday's (Jan. 18) first inaugural event on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. But we should note that the TV audience for this "inaugural inauguration event" will not even touch the audience at the inauguration itself. But the real problem with the selection of a bigot like Warren is that it diminishes and degrades the inauguration itself.
