On Oct. 26, the 4th anniversary of the passage of the USA PATRIOT Act, the NYCBORDC will be holding a Funeral for the Bill of Rights to mourn the loss of fundamental rights due to the Patriot Act and other post-9/11 [Bush] policies. Learn more about the rights we have lost, listen to eulogies delivered by activists who have worked to defend the Bill of Rights, and find out what you can do to keep the memory of the Bill of Rights alive.
