The subway "anti-terrorism charade" Day two

For the second day in a row since the "police searches" began, I traveled in the subways, getting on and off and never saw anyone being searched or even a police officer. And then on the news I heard a story about a woman being stabbed in the subway. Ironic? It seems if you take police away from all the other stations to put on this search charade at a few stations and, of course, invite a compliant (see the utterly ridiculous New York Daily News editorial) mainstream media to photograph it, wouldn't anyone with half a brain, who wasn't in the process of buying an election, realize how stupid this new tactic is?
How long will Bloomberg have to ape Giuliani before the charade is ended and police are redeployed to their regular assignments. And how long will it take for the mainstream media to begin to ask the tough questions instead of being on Bloomberg's payroll?

What's concerning to me about NYC searches is that they're UNCONSTITUTIONAL! Deosn't anyone care that they're taking our freedoms away one by one as we slide towards fascism.

Here's the problem- the cops make good money, and there's a long line of unemployed people eager to take their jobs- so they follow orders or else lose the easy money. How do we explain this to the cops... uh, sir, why are you a tool for the fascist elite?

For anyone in NYC looking for a cool, easy protest action- play this DSM memo audio for the Cops and New Yorkers waiting in line at the checkpoints?
